The ATS Automatic Dispenser can be interfaced to any computer via a standard RS-232 port or a USB serial port for real time dispensing control.While its basic machine functions can also be performed without having attached to the computer.The machine is excellent in accuracy and repeatability and is fully automatic, easy to use, easy to maintain and extremely safe for the user (CE compliant), it is extensively used in in-plant paint production, paint point-of-sales and research institutions, as well as in various fields of fluid measurement.

1.The dispenser software is extremely adaptive and well universal, it is compatible with different tinting systems and can be easily interfaced with the majority of formula books and color matching software.
2.Usual operations such as purging, dispensing, canister selection and positioning, agitation, measuring and colorant filling are completed at your fingertips.
3.Real-time dispensing monitoring and operator error identification can completely eliminate handling error.
4.Unlimited access to edit and save the last dispensed formulas, and saved formula books and client files can be easily printed out or stored as reserves.
5.The canister information interface visually displays the colorant storage status of each canister, making canister management as easy at a glance.
6.Both the automatic purging function and "hermetic" nozzle caps design assure clean and accurate dispensing all the time.
7.Multiple pump rod speed for the can lifter and valve open-close speed can be preset for dispensing to perfection even with highly viscous colorants.
